Nylon CF15 Carbon Fiber is an amazing reinforced nylon material for the FFF (also known as FDM) 3D printing technology. With added micro carbon fibers, Nylon CF15 is an engineering grade filament, designed for desktop 3D printing.

TOUGH ENGINEERING GRADE FILAMENT

It's high impact and chemical resistance, as well as high tensile strength and perfect processing stability make this filament capable of printing engineering parts.  

THERMAL RESISTANCE

Nylon CF15 Carbon Fiber is an engineering grade nylon filament which is blended with chopped micron carbon fibers, creating excellent low or high temperature resistance (low thermal expansion) great for functional parts. 

PRODUCTION PARTS

With no post-printing processing work and excellent properties, the Nylon CF15 Carbon is a material ready for production parts and potential replacement for aluminum using 3D printing instead of CNC milling. This material is also suitable for frequently stressed parts, like bearings and etc.

Important: Hardened or steel nozzles are highly recommended. Like other nylons, Nylon CF15 must be kept dry.
