Nylon FX256 is a material for the FFF (also known as FDM) 3D printing technology. 


The new Nylon FX256 series filament provides excellent durability, layer-to-layer bonding, less warping and nice finish. The Nylon FX256 is an incredibly strong material and its low friction coefficient and high melting temperature make it an excellent choice for 3D printing. These features and low printing temperature make the Nylon FX256 the most highly versatile filament on the market.

Successful 3D printing with nylon usually requires dry filament. Nylon can absorb more than 10% of its weight in water in less than 24 hours. Even thought, our Nylon FX256 was optimized for easy printing and low moisture absorption, which means we minimized most of the printing issues caused by water in filament, like explosions causing air bubbles during printing that prevents good layer adhesion and others.
